Day 1 (08:00)
Departure on vehicle from Punta Arenas, crossing the Fitz Roy Channel, to direct us by eastern coast of Riesco Island, until reaching the mouth of Grande River located at 60 kms at the south of the island. Navigation of two and half hours by the Otway Inlet, Jerónimo Channel, arriving to the Strait of Magellan, in the Carlos III Island, where our base camp is located.
Lunch and accommodation in Eco Lodge.
In the evening we initiated our approaches to the Whales.
Supper in Camping Site
Day 2
Breakfast . Visit to Whale Sound Glacier and Santa Inés Island.
Observation of cormorants and sea lions colonies from the boat.
Return to Eco Camp to have lunch .
Walking through valley of Santa Inés Island, crossing rivers and a leafy native forest, to see the glacier of the island later.
Observation of whales.
Dinner in Eco Camp.
Day 3
Transportation
Navigation equipment. (Mustang waterproof clothes, boots)
Full board service.
Each tent for 2 people, bathrooms with hot water and dinning place.
Sleeping bags with sheets and thermal blankets
English speaking guide and experienced instructors
