Day 01: SANTIAGO / CALAMA / SAN PEDRO DE ATACAMA / VALLEY OF THE MOON (VALLE DE LA LUNA)

Reception at the airport and transfer to the lodging place in San Pedro de Atacama....in the afternoon, departure at 16:30 hrs (summer time in south hemisphere) to Salt Mountain (Cordillera de la Sal). This is a  lookout point where it is possible to see the mountain rage. Visit to the Valley of the Death (Valle de la Muerte) and Valley of the Moon, wildlife sanctuary. In this place you can visit the Monuments: Tres Marias and Duna. Return to San Pedro. We recommend you to bring a sweater, sunblock, mineral water, an optional torchlight. Accomodation.
