● Commercial Conditions

1. RESERVATIONS
All reservations for services (programs or transportation) should be made written, by fax or e-mail ant they will be considered as CONFIRMED once the prepaid of 50% of the total is made.

2. CANCELLATION POLICIES
The cancellation of transportation services must be at the latest 72 hours earlier than the date of the arrival of the passengers. The programs including accomodation must be cancelled 30 days before. In both cases they must be written by fax or e-mail. The refunds of money will be subject to the hotel polocies, means pf transportation and operating costs of the agency.
     
3. TARIFFS
The tariffs are in American dollars per passenger ( unless the opposite is specified). All of the programs and excursions described in this page have no commission, except for those indicating the opposite like the transport fares and hotel tariffs which are net and with no commission.
The exchange rate used will be the current air exchange on the date of confirmation of the sewrvices
The tariffs are valid until April 30th 2008.

4. PAYMENT
The reservation will be confirmed through a deposit of the 100% of the total value of the program before the arrival of the passenger.

In all the cases please send by fax a copy of the deposit receipt or the swift, or in the contrary we will assume that the payment was not done.

5. LUGGAGE
Turismo Viento Sur  is not responsible in case of lost or damage of your luggage during the trasport of passengers.

6. MEALS
The meals of every program will be according to the indications of every voucher or to the program.

7. BEHAVIOUR
Turismo Viento Sur has all the right to ask a passenger to leave the tour if they misbehave or act in a bad way in order to avoid that causes anuy trouble for the rest of the passengers.

8. RESPONSABILITY
Turismo Viento Sur declares that operates only as an organizer agent bertween the passengers and the serives suppliers used like hotels, transport, restaurants etc. Therefore we do not take responsibility for any deficiency of these or for the non.fulfilment of the itineraries because of the weather conditions or force majeure. Beside we do not accept responsiblity for damages or, thefts or any harm that the passenger might suffer while their excursion or programs last.
The programs and excursions do not include any kind of insurance.

9. KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONDITIONS
By buying any of the programs or excursions, it is automatcally certified that the client knows and accepts the conditions already stipulated.
